Alice: Petey, where are we going to sled? Petey: On the hill by the school. Alice: I can't see a thing. Are we there yet? Petey: We're close. Alice: Well, hurry.
My HS was built right at the foot of the best sledding hills in town. After I was grown, they added a new fenced-in track in front, effectively blocking the slope. Good job, guys.
We used to sled on the local court house hill. Had to cross an access road on our trip down to Main street. Ended with a 90 degree skid to avoid running out onto the road.
