Mom: There's my snow angel! Look how pink your cheeks are! Alice: Hi, Mom! Where's Petey? Mom: He's in bed. He feels yucky. I'm taking this hot chocolate up to him. Alice: I'll take it! Alice: So we made 5,000 snowmen and you missed it! And mo says i'm the picture of ruddy good health and I should cheer you up, and this hot chocolate got cold, so I drank it, and you know what- NO MARSHMALLOWS! Petey: Groan.

“Otterloop” sounds vaguely Dutch to me. But Alice just has an amazing vocabulary. Might have heard that phrase somewhere. BTW, poor Petey must feel terrible. He’s not even reading Neuro!
