Well done, Jim. I could not name all of the characters,but I got 15 out of 24.

And Walt will still be alive? He’ll be around 115, no?

GREAT job, Jim. I’m plenty old enough to remember most of those, but of course I didn’t get read some of them. Gotta save this one.

The guy behind The Yellow Kid is Mickey Finn..Took me a half-hour to finally page thru my bible of “The Comics” by Jerry Robinson. .

Not Sluggo (who is still being written and published), but Kayo Mullins, and not Mickey Finn, but his Uncle Phil.

Love this panel. So many comics that I enjoyed in the past. I don’t remember all of the names but I recognize the faces.

Great to see some old favorites—Mutt and Jeff, Smokey Stover, Jiggs, et al. May they never be forgotten.

Second panel 2014’s remark that he “just” realized he has more yesterdays than tomorrows. That’s been true since July 2.

NG – I’m sure you meant to say Al Capp, not Andy Capp. Andy’s probably stumbled into the canal on his way home from the pub again.

You mean AL CAPP. Andy was a comic stip which started as “English Andy.”
