Squirrel: Is this another futile attempt to glitz up the natural beauty of a leafless tree... Or a dazzling new walnut hybrid? Either way...they'll look fabulous haning on my branches!
When we lived in the Brooks Range we found a log trappers cabin that a grizzle had broken into through the sod roof. The only thing in the cabin was some old Xmas decorations and an old box of Tide Laundry soap. Before the bear found a way out it ate both, the soap and glass balls. The walls were covered in Tide with small pieces of Xmas balls mixed in.
