    Wonder whose symphony and which one it is. Oh and which version and conductor. Don’t think they’ve yet introduced the Beethoven element of the strip. If it were the older Schroder listening I’d be wonder which of Beethoven’s symphonies it was. but at this point could be any one of a hundred composers. Then add in conductors, and even a specific conductor may have a different version based on year and city. And in really big cities with multiple concert halls, even the concert hall will cause a different version just based on acoustics.

    Not many FM stations back in the early 50s. It is amazing to realize people used to be able to hear classical music on an AM radio.
