    Pogo was in color on Sundays – although even then, Albert was the colorful one.

    i don’t recall any daily strips being in colour until just a few years ago (maybe 10 at most, if memory serves). local papers made a big deal about going to colour on the dailies at the time. anything to keep readership, i guess.
