While I totally agree with all the complaints with low flow toilets, (I have the same problem with them), we purchased a more expensive one about 3 years ago that actually worked. In fact it worked better than any toilet I’ve ever had. It’s all in the design. Problem is that we no longer live in that house.

I’ve heard of builders who install low-flow toilets in new construction, then come back and replace them once the housing inspector is gone.
