chagrin falls "patriotic debate" oop: of course! they're the winners! inflation could threaten their dominance and give the other guys a fighting chance. yeah, they won't let that happen. and they've got the power. all other considerations be damned. they do all this to stop inflation, bet there's been no evidence that it's even a risk. if anything, deflation should be the chief concern. man 1: well, even if your policies aim for an optimal inflation target, certain unexpected conditions can still cause deflation. man 2: oh, sure! natural conditions? give me a break! these guys have their hands on all the levers. it's all fixed. professor: excuse me. i'm an economics professor, and i couldn't help overhearing. it's heartening to hear citizens with such an excellent understanding of important macroeconomic and political issues. man 1: economics? we're talking about the patriots. man 2: tom brady deflated those footballs!! man 3: guys, do you think the pats' obsession with keeping football inflation low could be why we're unemployed? the end

I would totally buy a Chagrin Falls print collection. It’s the Tom the Dancing Bug subseries that takes place in the most disturbing world of all: our own.

Nice little diner you have there…it’d be a shame if the air pressure inside suddenly dropped. Just saying.
