Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919) is the only president on Mount Rushmore that does not appear on any US paper bills- only specially minted coins.

The U.S. coins mostly used are almost like Mount Rushmore: Washington (25 cents), Thomas Jefferson (5 cents) Franklin (instead of Theodore) Roosevelt (10 cents), Abraham Lincoln (1 cent).
