Puffer Tail!

Cats see things we don’t.

Cats are rather unpredictable, somewhat like little six year old boys.

My cats. To a tail.

Ah yes. All cats explode into madness from time to time, apartment dwellers particularly. After about a minute of bouncing around and shadow boxing, he’ll sit down and stare at you: “What are you looking at?” like nothing ever happened.

I knew a cat once that would stare at the ceiling, until he made you look. She lost interest at that point, she’d won.

My cat does this: leaps up from a sound sleep and dashes off to another room to take a nap. Like: “OMIGOD! I’m supposed to be sleeping someplace else now!”

Where a cat sleeps is of great cosmic significance. If you plot their positions and connect the dots, you’ll get a schematic for a cold-fusion reactor.

So sad humans can’t let loose that way.

I don’t have a cat but my dog does this jump-up-from-asleep thing just like Hobbes. Must be snapping out of a seriously scary dream…or maybe it’s just indigestion. Anyway, he sure can jump straight up from static to warp speed in an instant.

Nah….someone two blocks away started making a tuna fish sandwich.

Good thing you’re not a feline then, Calvin!
