A skirt and a black sweater should work for an interview. Buying or borrowing a jacket, would complete the look. She shouldn’t have bought those cd’s. She could have bought clothes. Most towns have second hand stores with wonderful items and deals.
However, If she aced the interview, the attire would not be an issue.
