Good Morning, sorry to hear your neighbor had passed, hope his kitties have a good home to go to.I brought Stripey in this morning from the bitter cold 3 degreesGave him lots of love and a warm place to lay with lots of food and treats. He is becoming accustomed to the civilized life, he went back outside after a few hours. He spent the rest of the day and night in the cat shelter centered on the heating pad.I’m afraid I have broken poor Stripey. He has become quite tame but still not ready to join us. Roy is cool and curious about him. Poodle and Mama have both hissed at him, well, it takes time. Stripey had lots of loud purrs in him today, I think he may turn out to be a big mush.
Dream: What a wonderful thing you are doing, bringing Stripey in out of the cold! We’re back from Vegas and I didn’t even look at a slot machine!Spent my time helping Husband install new toilet seats and supervising laying new carpet. Now to get it rented again!GO HAWKS!!!Our Flight Attendant was dressed in full Hawks gear including a blue and green tutu!
We are back and I missed you guys! Great trip, but to tell the truth I am absolutely pooped and may take a couple of days and just get rested up. The girls and Mr T are happy to be home, and Tinker wont get off my lap and if I stand she is on my shoulder. She is not letting me out of her sight ever again is the message I am getting. lol So glad to be home!!!
Dream: TY for the kind thoughts. My neighbor left behind a wonderful woman – she takes care of our cats and vice versa. Kathi is a cat person, just like all of us. In addition to Lizzie, they have Halle Barry and Mitzi Gaynor, both rescues from a garbage bin ask kittens Both are close to 15 now. . I couldn’t ask for better neighbors. Lizzie came from our vet’s office as a kittens. I saw her one day and told Kathi about her. She told Ron and they were down there so fast it was like lightning
And, the kitten half time show. Although, I thought I read that the kittens are getting their own kitten bowl, just like the puppies. I always tape that – not into pigball so don’t care about any game.
Ruth Welcome home! We missed you! You’ll have to tell us some of your adventures “down under”.Rikki and I hace carried the ball (sorry for the pun) as far as pictures go while you were gone, I always love yours. Ir’s getting harder and harder to find any that haven’t been posted already. We may have to asd Eldo to re-make some of them, ’cause he does it so well!
Yes, saw 90 minutes of Kitten Bowl…it is repeated often so will catch 2nd part later. Saw bits of Puppy Bowl during commercials (don’t laugh). Am not a fan of Howard Stern BUT his wife, Beth, is one heck of a wonderful animal (especially cat) advocate.
Well my heart is broken! WHY OH WHY DID THEY NOT JUST RUN THE BALL IN INSTEAD OF PASSING IT AT THE SIX YARD LINE WHY OH WHY! CHESNEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THAT BALL IN THERE! YES HE WOULD HAVE!
