Frazz by Jef Mallett for February 28, 2015
Transcript:
Caulfield: Getting rid of Fevruary 29 and 30 may shorten a miserable month, but it just gets you to the next miserable one sooner. That's what happens when I have a bad day and turn off my brain in front of the TV, isn't it? Frazz: Sounds like 28 days was enough for some thinking.

Everyone here is sick of snow, but I’m getting ready to go x-country skiing again. The snow is beautiful, the greens of late May-September are beautiful, the foliage of October & November are beautiful. But the browns of March-May and November-December are just dreary.

I believe the brain and the television are mutually-exclusive devices. When one is turned on, the other one shuts off.

There is no February 30, and February 29th happens only once every 4 years! But his concept is intriguing.

There is no February 30, but there should be. I never understood why they didn’t just move a couple of the 31sts—eight months to choose from, after all—leaving all the months with at least 30 days.
