Two dishwashers with Clean/Dirty magnetic signs. That’s what I need. Take the dish out of the clean side, use it, put it in the dirty side. Never have to put dishes away. How about a washer/drier/folder. Jane Jetson step back, George will fix everything.
Lewreader - They actually make 2-drawer dishwashers with that idea in mind. My sister bought one recently. I designed a kitchen with 2 full-size dishwashers, but never got that kitchen built.

I procrastinate when it comes to doing the dishes but not that much. I don’t have that many dishes. That’s going a little overboard.

The problem is that he has to get the clean dishes out of the washer before he can load the dirty dishes in.

I like cdwards’ suggestion, the floors are just the biggest shelf in the house after all.
