Far right is William Gillette, who gave us the Sherlock Holmes of deerstalker and meerschaum pipe – and who was also cousin of Pamela Colman Smith, who gave him some style tips in her capacity as designer for Henry Irving’s Lyceum Theatre Company in London where she worked with Irving’s manager Bram Stoker. Pamela, or ‘Pixie’, was also the illustrator of the Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot deck, released 1910.

First panel, on the far left I’m thinking Will Rogers and then Houdini ? We know that two of them are Barrymore’s, so I think second from the right is Lionel Barrymore, and then Ethel. It could be John Barrymore, but it really doesn’t look that much like “the great profile”. Then the lady with the huge hat should be Sarah Bernhardt. Who’s the couple on the left after Houdini?

I suggest a plugin, such as AdBlock. It works very well for me.

Hey Donald Donald, what’s it cost? $19.95 / year? Not sure it’s that much but pony up and lose the ads.

I thought the man on the left was William S. Hart, but looking at a page of Google images has me wondering again.
