Agnes doesn’t really lack talent, just focus. She also has no shortage of big ideas, but she doesn’t have any practical experience in how to make an idea into a reality. On the other hand, she’s shown she can be very resourceful when she needs to be. And hey, she’s still just a kid.
I don’t see her slinging hash; she might end up working in a library or something, in a position that allows her to put on weekly puppet shows and make posters and interesting “theme” displays in the Children’s section. She’ll still be “that weird lady”, but there are ways to make a living off weirdness, and if she learns how to be modestly successful, then the “dumb luck” requirement for big success thereafter drops from “boatloads” to “a reasonable teaspoonful”.
