Dan Hicks and his Hot Licks: “How Can I Miss You When You Won’t Go Away?”https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=dan+hicks+how+can+i+miss+you+when+you+won%27t+go+away
When I was a cube-dweller in an enormous building I had a cube mate who couldn’t sit still. She sat on the aisle side of the cube and I sat with my back to the cube entrance. She’d do a little work, then disappear to bounce around our floor for a while. With my back to her desk and the cube entrance I never knew she was gone until she’d silently bounce back into the cube and with a huge smile loudly ask, " ’DJA MISS ME??" Usually raised me about a foot off my chair. I finally had to tell her to knock it off.
and then one day ol’ ’what’s his name’ wasn’t there.boy oh boy do i miss ol’ ’what’s his name’-don’t it always seem to gothat you don’t know what you got til it’s gone.
