For starters they seem to be standing under a large net, I’m thinking Jerry went out to get the paper off the porch in his skivvies and someone reported a large hairy ape on the loose.
It’s really annoying when you creep along in traffic for five miles, and then suddenly everything breaks loose, with no indication of why you were stopped. No accident, no construction – nothing to show for your “trouble”.
