Good REALLY early morning. I’ve been thinking aboutHoppy the second all night and am anxious to find out about him later today. IF he needs recovery time like his brother did, do I have room for him? Will he get along with the other cats here? How can I make this work? I know that he most certainly will NOT get his meds if needed at the shelter.
Hi all. Snowy and windy here. I have the same water problem with the kitties here. They have their own fountain but as soon as you walk into a bathroom you must crack the faucet and there will be a scuffle for who gets to be first. I always know when I have a drip though, there will be at least 2 cats underneath the offending spigot at all times. Or someone in the house will have a wet head at all times. A dead give away it is times to get out the plumbing tools. Stay warm stay safe.
Most of my cats have always pre-furred either running water from the tap, or rainwater from a container in the garden. They also used to drink the water that would gather in the lifting wells in the manhole covers in the garden. Even if the water was green………
I used to have two water fountains (a Drinkwell and a Cat-it) in the house so they always had running water available when I was at work.
daleandkristen: I don’t know the answer to your question. They were dumped as kittens. I’m going to take my camera to PetCo tomorrow and will post a picture in the evening.
I’m thinking about bringing him home if he’s not adopted by Sat when we leave PetCo. That will give me a chance to assess his personality.
Everyone keep your fingers crossed that Natasha finally gets a home. She thinks she lives HERE but she doesn’t.
Just talked to Susan. She stopped at the vet office to check on Limpy (for a lack of anything else to call him -I don’t know if he limps or not) and said he looks just like Blue. And, the techs said he’s very sweet. Susan is taking him to her house tonight. I told her I would be bringing him here if not adopted by Sat.

About Blues’ brother: his paw wasn’t nearly as bad as Blue’s so it just needed cleaning and topical meds. He got neutered today.
Jessegooddoggy: I will meet him tomorrow at PetCo and send you a report on his disposition and personality.
IF, and that’s big IF, he has the same as Blue, would you actually consider it? I mean, you just got everyone settled in.
