This comic is silly. It’s very unlikely that the H7N9 virus could permutate to a point where it can be transmitted across species from a talking cooked duck to an anthropomorphic dog-human hybrid? Such a narrow specialization has no evolutionary advantage.
Class envy/class warfare leads to societies where the government/State finally has all power leaving everyone equal, equal in poverty, equal in slavery and equal in misery, so they escape to the Nation where we have the opportunity/freedom to strive for better things, except NOW our elected representatives are selling us out to that OTHER SYSTEM, promising “Fairness”, the siren song of “Equity” and “Social Justice”.

Lucky Duck isn’t really dead. The poor will always be with us. Otherwise who can we exploit?

Then he’d be singing the Song of the Cooked Goose from Carmina Burana.
