My guess is that these piano keys are made from ivory.

Many moons ago, white piano keys were made from ivory, which is made from elephant tusks. Hence the piano keys in the denture glass.

Luckily an elephant never forgets to put his tusks in, first thing in the morning.

Cool teeth. I bet she/he can play the piano whenever they want.

This is just sick, I love it. And the fact that it will irritate some animal rights whackos makes it just that much better.
