Claire, As long as you enable Sofia to stay reasonably comfortable while unemployed, she doesn’t have the sufficient motivation to find a job.

Whether the guy is truly homeless or not, he certainly looks down on his luck.
Just using a sidewalk will partially block it. Where do you think he should go? The gutter?
