Gotta have carrots cooked in the soup, roasted with the chicken, and often, sliced thin in the stir fry.
And little ones to eat raw.
But they gotta be peeled…. I don’t like the taste of the skin… raw or cooked. That’s why I still buy the so-called “baby” ones…. even though the whole ones taste better, and I know the babies are just lathe-turned broken bits
Like carrots fine. My kid loves them more. We had raw carrots and peppers for our vegetable the other day. I got one carrot piece because he ate all the rest. Don’t love Brussels sprouts.
I was never ever told not to eat them if I didn’t like them. But if there was something my mom didn’t like to eat, then we didn’t have to eat them. The problem was she liked most everything I hated and hated most everything I liked to eat.

But NO carrot juice. For some reason it’s yucky.

@Tony RubinoYes, I do. Fresh, boiled, roasted, fried. Allthough, I’m with@SusanSunshine on the carrot juice. Bleach!
