And while I miss Mr. Spock I also remember that Leonard Nimoy made a 100 different movie and TV roles better, all the way back to the Twilight zone, and some hideous serials he was in. He was actually in a serial called Zombies of the Stratosphere I saw the other day – and he carried off his part as an actor even though the whole thing was for 8 year olds on Saturday morning. All Hail, and be specially glad for that part in Star Trek that will keep his name in lights for another 50 years
At least we are still not below the halfway mark. That will be devastating on another level.Mr Nimoy was, and is, definitely in a class by himself among them, though.
over 40 years ago I would watch star trek with my brothers & cousins on the other side of the world, all the kids liked ‘Mr Spock’, all around the world.

He was a class act.

I watched the 2009 Star Trek earlier tonight. It was hard to watch Leonard’s scenes, especially knowing there would be no more.

I did say a while back that there’d be a Nimoy tribute. To forget him would be highly illogical.

Yes, a class act with a sense of humor….

Wouldn’t this strip be more poignant if it came out about a month ago? He died Feb 27th.

So many excellent comments on the loss of a much-loved actor and character. I predict we won’t be as kind when Shatner croaks.

They’ll bring him back. They always do.

One of the most beloved TV characters in history, portrayed by a VERY class act.
May the Force always be with you, Mr. Nimoy

The left-handed Vulcan salute is even harder to do than the right-handed one.

There was a “Gunsmoke” where he went up against Matt Dillon and I caught him in a “Perry Mason” last month (on Me TV).

As others have said, a bit LATE, but still a nice tribute. I loved him as Mr. Spock, and also as a Narrator. He had a wonderful speaking voice!

You mean eight. Majel Barret is gone, too.

Do you suppose some of him will end up in space like James Doohan? Thanks, Mr. Nimoy, for everything, from all of us.
