I watched a young girl walking her little fluff-ball dog yesterday, who had a unique exercise regimen for herself. She started off with the leash in her right hand, to allow the dog access to the tree lawns, and the dog would immediately run to the left, in front of her, checking out the front yards. She switched the lead to her left hand, and the dog would instantly run behind her, back to the right. She’d switch the lead again to her right hand, behind her back, and the dance would continue. The dog literally ran circles around her for the entire walk, and she got some arm exercises in the process.

If Ralph wore white, he’d look like the Michelin Man.

He looks like an ice cream cone anyway.

My puppy does that to keep me from putting the leash on. He would rather go for a walk without it. I have to do the arm exercises AND run on his walks.

Dogs “see” primarily with the nose. Keeping that in mind, add a little ADD and you get why dogs do what they do.

Ralph IS a soft serve waffle cone.

Ha—can’t dispute Honeybunch’s logic here.

Good one. Made me laugh.

How did Ralph get tangled up when the leash wasn’t on Wally yet?
