hmm.. they are compromising a budget, which includes a final product for the sponsors, yet none of them have an idea of how to do it, what is required, how long will it take in research and development, how to produce it, how much is it gonna cost.. so if they reach that budget there is the compromise to give the snow cleaner to their sponsors, without even knowing if that money is enough, or if they will even find somebody to make it.. sounds about the same of many of those projects anyway

That’s a risky move. If they don’t find someone to help them make at least the prototype they’ll be on the hook for that $1 million!
