Boyd’s comment reminds me of a dialogue that Pres. Hoover had with his Secretary of the Treasury during the dark days of the Great Depression. Hoover was broke, and asked the Sec’y for a nickel to call a friend. The Sec’y said, “here’s a dime – call all of them!”
