Did they have time to sink the car in the swamp? If not, can they follow it’s route?

If Annie gets out of this one, Daddy Warbuck ought to insist that she have a chip implsnted somewhere on her so she can be tracked. Put one on Sandy, too. It would be much easier to find her when she got into a you know what hitting the fan situation.

I know, Perivacy issues.and such, and a lot of the excitement wouldn be gone. No fun in “Go get her”.

I’ve got a pool match tomorrow afternoon and I need to be awake enough to concentrate. :^)

Option 6 is not going to happen. I went to Ted Slampyak’s website and he made the statement that he drew the final strip “last week.” That means that there will not be an online continuation of this story.

GOCOMICS - Let us know, please! We want to know what’s going to happen to our favorite comic strip.

EVERYONE - PLEASE READ

I just sent a message to GoComics requesting them to make a statement concerning their intentions in regard to the “Annie” strip. I really believe it’s too late to complain to the Tribune, since they have already made up their corporate minds. But we Annie fans can at least contact GoComics and let them know of our concern. Please find the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of this page, click on it, and let GoComics know that we do not want to lose our Annie.

Thanks for your suggestion, David. I’ve taken your advice and contacted Go Comics on this question. Now whether or not we hear back from them is another matter entirely, but keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best. Hope other readers will jump on board as well.
