It is an unsafe environment if there are random puddles in the school… but you can’t file a law suit unless you have been hurt! sucks :cMade-up injury — you show him Nate!

When I was a kid, I was chasing a classmate around the gym during a game of Duck Duck Goose when I somehow leaned out too far to the inside of the circle and lost my balance. Smacked my head on the floor pretty good. I didn’t lose consciousness. But I was extremely surprised that my dad left work to pick me up and take me home. If that had happened these days, they’d call an ambulance and nothing would happen until the paramedics arrived. I’ve heard the calls on the scanner.

Actually, Nate could file a lawsuit for an unsafe school due to the fact that there were no warnings of a puddle, but a guardian would have to fill it out and the charges couldn’t be too extreme
