The only Guitar Bob strip I can even conceive of being funny would be if the entire pub (or the entire town!) took off after Bob with torches and pitchforks, the way bored peasants used to take off after Frankenstein……..
@Number ThreeI was glad to hear that you liked “I Am a Rock.” That’s one of those songs that can really get under a person’s skin. I’ll have another request one day soon. (Don’t worry, it won’t be from “Guitar Bob’s Greatest Hits”!)

I thought I’d goof in writing it and have to do it over.-Thanks !You have that dark brooding look ! -The epoxy had set and I screwed on the heavy “C” clamps. If it still works by tomorrow, then good !-Merlin reminds me of Ruby, a German mix, who is a treat bandit. She would pull them out of my pocket if I wasn’t careful. She does not run at large now as the family has her bound by the electronic fence. A bit of a story about that. -From what I see around here, you are rare !When folks don’t see eye to eye it should not turn into a fight. I have seen married friends get ugly at one another. Made me wanna crawl under the carpet. -I am guessing your summers are like where I growed up; hot with much humid in the air. I was elated that when it got 70s and 80s in Cal. that I wasn’t dripping like a melting popsicle. Joe and me were up at Heather’s today. He was replacing a section of wall paneling behind the vanity (sink) in the bath. The old one was a bit ratty, especially below the sink where it had a transverse crack that had been caulked in. I took shots as the work progressed. I left the sink off the wall so that Miss Heather can paint over the blemishes from handling and the holes that were cut in the new piece. She took the mower out late and cut some grass. I will need to remow an area I did just last week as the rain and some snow have brought the blades back up. -May your Tuesday be conducive to ‘dark and brooding’. __________________________________________________
I said the word “Bitterer” the other day. I was referring to lemons but I had forgotton they were sour. Silly me.-Thanks, Gweedo. Glad you liked my photo. I feel really guilty that you often have to do construction work on your computer screen because of my photos. But in my defence, I can’t help the way I look.-That’s funny… When me and my Mum fed the horses carrots, Merlin tried to get into my Mum’s pockets to see if she had any more carrots in there. You should have seen it. Hilarious! -Yes, Just look at Andy & Flo! My Mum & Dad sometimes (not all the time) row a lot and I think to myself “Thank God I’m single” -I suppose there’s nothing I can do expect grin and bear this horrible summer weather. Oh and another thing, I think my Hay Fever is coming back. Groan!-Heather is really lucky to have such a helpful neighbour! Cut grass is another one of my favourite smells. There should be a perfume which smells like cut grass. I am looking forward to seeing your shots as usual. -Thanks! I hope your Tuesday is Totally Terrific! May the sunny rays shine on you.
@Number ThreeIt’s pretty hard to go wrong with Simon and Garfunkel, they had so many truly great songs! As for my request when it’s next up for my turn, how about “He Is Not Dead Yet” from Monty Python’s Broadway musical, “Spamalot”? (You can see that my taste in music ranges far and wide…….)
Sorry to interrupt….. maybe you should “publish” your mother’s paper. Most wisdom comes from normal people, not philosophers..I don’t know about where Citizen Three lives (hey up, lass), but here it’s going to be sunny

What song is Guitar Bob singing? I don’t think I’m familiar with those lyrics.

I planned to post this one yesterday as an example of “Andy using his head” but my internet connection went south.
