I have often thought the real genius of our democracy is that we kind of randomly elect people. That tends to keep somebody from consolidating enough power to become a dictator. It allows us to muddle along and get enough things done to keep the country going. Just imagine what it would be like to have conservatives take us back to the 18th century or liberals giving away everything until we went bankrupt.

If it is an incumbent, vote for the other one. Get rid of them all.
