After 15 years, one rescue, & 12 days, they were finally rescued for good, then the Howell’s opened a resort on the island, made them all equal partners, and they spent their days working there. Finally being rescued for good must have drove them insane. All that time trying tog et off, and they end up living there permanently, and serving tourists., Also, there was a plane there the whole time and nobody knew. Seriously. 15 years, then 12 more days, a plane was hidden in the jungle. And guess who got it working? Mr. I-Can’t-Repair-A Hole-In-A-Boat-Nor-Build-A Boat-But-I’m-Still-Smarter-Than-You.
And in the cartoon Gilligan’s Planet, they build a rocket that travels faster than light and crash lands on another planet. A rocket people. Not a boat. A rocket. Out of bamboo, vines, and rocks. But a boat’s too difficult.
