GOOD MORNING BALLARDEERS!! Q – DAY #463,905 WOO HOO! Livin’ the dream (nightmare?). Rain and thunder boomers all day. Predicting possible toad stranglers and gully washers. May take the car out to get the dust rinsed off.
I really love a good John Whine movie, and this one fills the bill. You’ve got the four heroes, the townpups, and even the hanging tree. Good poster, Stel.

Welcome, everybody!
Here I am! Sorry I couldn’t make it last night…
I kind of fell asleep…. which is actually a good thing… but NOT at comics time!
I see that we’re still in Western mode here on
the May 14th 2020 “CLEO and COMPANY”
Another GREAT poster from StelBel, on Sherpa….

Wow, a John Whine movie…
He made so many, but I think this is the only poster of him we’ve seen on Cleo.
It’s a classic, though.
So tall in his boots, for a basset hound.
A big dog, with a powerful gaze… other dogs got out of his way.
No wonder they called him “Duke” in his offscreen life.
And what a huge job, Stel…
with all those billions (OK, dozens) of itty bitty bassets…
and all those names in the credits to… um… typeset…
kudos!
The humans did this too…. I knew they did, but I sure had a hard time finding a poster.
This one is square, for some reason.

Thems is four of the toughest bassets you’ll ever run across. Don’t be messin’ with their maw.
