Civet cat coffee is a real “delicacy” (their term, not mine), and according to the New York Times, it’s up to around $300 a pound for the “best” (again, their term) stuff.
This simply reinforces my decision to not drink coffee–any beverage that can be “improved” by passing through the digestive system of a small mammal is not worth drinking.
