I've had a theory about Bucky for years?" Satchel says, "No news is bad news with Bucky. He's only quiet when he's up to something. I call it my Perpetual Bucky theory." Satchel says, "A Bucky at rest tends to stay in his closet, but a Bucky in motion tends to ruin the sofa." Rob says, "How does that explain your Perpetual Bucky theory?" Satchel says, "Hm... now that I say it out loud, it doesn't really..."
