I was diagnosed 34 years ago and Ryan Gosling (whoever that is) probably wasn’t born yet!I wish Celiac and Gluten Intolerance wasn’t fashionable, I’m grateful for all the food choices, but scared of the sloppy handling of food in resturants and the lack of seriousness when I tell the server it has to be gluten free, I get the “yeah yeah” attitude.
