I weighed my son’s backpack one day - nearly 50 pounds. Even when they were in grade school, the books they carried home were pushing 25.
Maybe schools should use kindles….
Issue each kid an iPad with their text books as apps. They do their homework on the iPad and email it in. No more pencils, paper, books. Then they can do gym class on a Wii…
Some already do gym on the Wii…. And nursing homes are using it to exercize their inmates - I mean residents - as well.
