From back in the day when doctors thought you would lose growth in the broken leg while it was healing. No physical therapy back then. Weight bearing was a no-no.

True, coffee is full of antioxidants, but adding sugar will certainly detract from its benefits.

The coffee without the sugar would be a better choice however than that sugar laden cereal he is about eat.
