I got some pirate coffee, lattes, Mexican sweet bread, scrambled eggs, hash browns, grits, toast and fresh fruit. Assorted juices and teas too.

I’m fine Cleo! And you? I gotta get in that garden! My peas and onions are growing nicely!

Ours are too Dry. It has been dry here, but the forecast is for rain. Things would take off if it did, I just want a quick rainfall and sunshine though, no lingering days of gray drizzle.

Cleo I haven’t checked our forecast for tmr. but it is clouding up, so we may get rain. I can’t wait to get to my garden!

What all do you have planted Dry?

Dry in the shower. lol

I am really good about avoiding touching things that itch or hurt, whereas my wife is compelled to touch them. I am always giving her a hard time about leaving injured areas alone. And she is the nurse. Go figure. :-}

Cleo Right now just onions, peas and radishes. I bought more asparagus and strawberry plants and put in some of the aspargus, but the strawberries are still in a pot waiting to be planted. I have two big planters with strawberries already growing, but bought some more this year from the 4H club.My son is going to make me a raised bed for the rest of the strawberries and the rest of the asparagus. I went to my favorite Amish greenhouse and bought flowers, peppers and tomatoes but they are still waiting to be planted. Hopefully, NEXT week I can get to them. Used to start all my own plants but don’t anymore.

Dry, your garden sound pretty much the same as ours.

Tabby, I’m betting it was a scorpion. They used to come up the drains in our house in Texas. They even came up in the Church baptistry drain. If the drain holes are kind of big in the shower, see if you can get a drain cover with smaller holes.

Carmy, what a pleasant thought. Scorpions coming up out of the drains. My scorpion bite did happen in the Florida Keys. I guess it is good being in the PNW.

Carmy no it happened before the shower. im sure of it.

Cleo i mess with sore spots also. :0/ its just that its there, you know? lol

Cleo, all I had to do was buy a couple of plastic drain covers for the kitchen sink. After that, we didn’t get anymore in the house. I haven’t seen any here in FL, but I’m nowhere near the Keys.

Tabby, my philosophy is, the more you mess with it, the more it will bug you. Leave it alone and the urge will pass sooner. For once in your life take some advice from an old man.

Cleo you know youngsters never listen to oldsters!

What’s up, only 3 current comics?

Cleo, the only current one that I have seen is C&H. I have gocomics on my Yahoo and I did see the updated Duplex, Fusco Brothers, Cleats, Elderberries and Cucaracha. Those are not emailed to me, I just have the option of viewing them on Yahoo.

Buenos Dias Carmy. This is when we see if we are addicted to comics.

Buenos Dias, Cleo, I think I’m handling it pretty well. How about you? I think I’m going to do some carpet washing, but I wonder if I should as it is pouring rain outside. I don’t want someone to track in mud on the clean carpet. I’ll go ahead and do it, it someone dirties the carpet, it will just give me a good excuse to throw a tantrum.

We had our basement tenant move out yesterday and I notice that she has spilled a whole lot of grease on the stone patio outside her door. Sh@t and all those words!

Seattle Times is the same way for the most part! What is going on I wonder?
