I hear you, CB. When I express my lonliness to people around me they either tell me to “embrace it” (what does that even mean?) or talk about their own lives. Better alone than in bad company.
It’s kinda like that “Rabbit and the Frogs” story…appreciating that other people might be living a more terrible life than you are sometimes helps us forgetting our own troubles..
Well, I thought that with the 1968 Peanuts election year arc not to run this year since next year in 2016 it will be an election year that Peanuts reruns would substitute the arc for 1959 strips, but this time we see a 1969 strip previously rerun in 2005.Does this mean Peanuts rerun strips won’t go to 1969 next year and go to a later period? too soon to tell…
Lucy’s being about as helpful as most doctors of any stripe are, unfortunately. Most are just in it for the money and prestige. The recent lawsuit involving the anesthesiologist who bad-mouthed and intentionally falsified records on a colonoscopy patient shows some of what they are capable of.

It’s the old “Can You Top This” in action. People are so self absorbed, you’re better served taking a walk in nature.

I once went to see a Psychiatrist who was wearing a neck brace. I felt better right away.

Me and Lucy have something in common. We’ve both had a fall. I had a fall on Friday. My wrist still twinges now and again but my knees are OK.
