I love how Dad is outside in his boxers and socks. I go outside in my jammies all the time. It’s true, you don’t have to be perfect to be a perfect parent.

I can picture Lio writing a tribute poem:

Who keeps the sunlight from my fangs To whom do I express my “thangs” Who always put me in a lather (When I was young, needed a bather) Who’s even nicer than Dan Rather MY FATHER!

(Okay, not much of a poem, but remember that Lio doesn’t talk, so therefore he’s not likely to write a poem with the traditional elements of quality and competence. ANY road, that’s my story and I’m sticking TO it………)

Yay, Dad saves the day again. I agree with the above comment that Lio’s Dad is by far the best one in comics.

And it’s strips like this one that makes me love Lio!

Lio reminds me exactly of how my little boy is. Again, like a true father, I support his antics just as Dad does the same.
