Hooray for Pope Francis’ climate change encyclical. It is our moral duty to protect this world with which we’re blessed.
To me, addressing climate change is not a “political” or “economic” matter. It could be life or death for many, even if the First World can compensate.
Too many people are more concerned with living in the next world than in this one.
Remember: the best time to plant a tree is 20 (or 50) years ago.
The second best time is today.
Honestly, after the dust has settled, no promises of significance kept.
