Mine would be one of those double decker double length articulated buses converted to a RV and be all electric and driverless (both technologies will be widespread in a few decades)
david_42: My kayak qualified on all but the head. I refuse to pollute over the side. But being a few inches over a six-meter waterline length, it does qualify as a yacht.

Yup. The IRS treats it as mortgage interest because it is a “dwelling unit”. It’s been a great boon to my 1040 for years.
