I suspect Lily wishes she had thought of this sooner! Does little Oliver realize what he has done?We had RAIN yesterday – a downpour like I haven’t seen in years! Then more overnight, everything is saturated. Rainbows and gorgeous clouds and more snow in the mountains. Such a treat, I really miss real weather. As much as I hate sticky heat, I am hoping for lots of monsoon moisture over the summer.

I love it! Had a great day yesterday going hiking a couple of miles at a Massachusetts Audubon nature reserve with a friend. The ponds were dry, though, because we’re in a moderate drought, in spite of all the snow this winter (it was a dry snow). We followed it with a hot fudge sundae. Something tells me we should have had the sundaes first then walked them off!
