Well! I certainly can’t top that.Anyway I have to get up early, we’re having a garage sale tomorrow, ’Night.

Ray should talk to Mel Diederich, over on Elm St, and ask him when they’re holding auditions for the Ballard St. Men’s Chorale.

You see, I ran into Mel last Saturday at their fundraiser, the Annual Chorale Car Wash and Cake Sale…. ( BTW … really sorry, Mel… hope you get off those crutches before the auditions…)

Anyway, he told me they were always looking for somebody with a great set of pipes.and Ray’s pipes look very sturdy.

I’m a bit concerned. There’s Ray’s clipboard, near a hole in the ground, but Ray isn’t apparent…

First thing I thought of was bag pipes…..now that would be really annoying pounding on those in the yard.

Perversely percussive pipe pounders peeve people pretty persistently…
