Yeah, sure. Pennys, low fat. Really. Instead of buying a gallon of ice cream—or one family size Stouffer’s—they’ll buy two half gallons twice. Makes sense. Only half the calories. I think I’ll start doing that, only leaving off the Stouffer’s. If I bought it by the quart, think of the calories I could save!BTW, potatoes with yogurt, chopped celery and fresh dill or mint is really tasty. Sort of Mediterranean. And low-fat.

I have to agree with Joy on this one, potato salad with yogurt, yuch. Lose weight double fast, low calorie, plus you will hardly eat any. Low fat mayonnaise is a dud also, whatever it is; just don’t bother to make it, that is even lower calorie and saves on garbage space. Best to lose weight by eating healthy and fruits and vegetables and forget trying to find a substitute for what you shouldn’t eat anyway.,

Fat’s not bad, as long as it’s healthy fat. That means no soybean oil, which is what is in most commercial mayonnaises. Olive oil, butter, coconut oil are some of the best. Even the government is getting the message finally.
