The Post Office does not have customers. I used to work for the PO as a Letter Carrier. The people on my route were called patrons.

Just let the mail run late and it’s the end of the world.

except for the postcards… ..postcards are fair game— you should EXPECT a postcard to be read by someone other than your recipient

What if the postman in a post vehicle drives by a flag that is up. Happened to my mom alot and made her mad.

When I carried, the sorting clerks (I guess that shows how long ago) would reverse interesting postcards, either to have us look at the picture or read the reverse. We really never read your magazines, well I might have glanced at a Victoria’s Secret, but that was 3rd class.

Why are the Postal Inspectors at my door?

Isn’t Skeezix supposed to run out the door, and bowl over the letter carrier?

The USPS has a Postal Customer Council, so apparently it thinks it has customers. Kab Buch, I know some people cannot get to a mail box, but a red flag up is a glaring invitation for mail thieves.

I called my customers customers. Like any business, if my customersa weren’t happy, they would go to another place to do business. Why does the PO have a first class monopoly? You know any other business that will drive 3 miles down an unpaved, unplowed, nonmaintained road to deliver a misaddressed letter for the price of a stamp. UPS and FedEx do not guarentee delivery to every US citizen . Guess that’s why our founding fathers created the USPS.

If you need it to get there, go postal.
