Red and Rover by Brian Basset for June 20, 2015
Transcript:
We've hung out at the beach- we stayed up really, really late- we've just taken a long, lazy nap together. What's next on your summer vacation agenda? Yawn I've been thinking... Perhaps a trip to the red planet? Mars! But not before we watch Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color tomorrow night. Right! We won't be able to get that on Mars.

Wonderful World of Disney.Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom. That was my Sunday evening, unless of course the NFL ran to overtime or the adults really needed to watch 60 Minutes.

Things I thought would be here now didn’t happen.flying cars,, But things that have happened I would never dreamed of.The era of Red and Rover died suddenly on 11-22-1963.A day a home with a fever sitting with my mom, watching president Kennedy in Texas. The generation that saw that changed forever.
