It’s always nice to feel needed.

How did Annie land on the lifeguards’s schnozz? Was the lifeguard lying down in the sand? Shouldn’t he/she have been up in the tower?

It’s still Monday here. The kittens are doing great. Screech is certainly living up to his name. I wonder if I should get little, tiny earplugs for his siblings.

Jenny sent me an update on “the girls”. She has given them new names and they already respond to them. She has Sister Clare and Sister Francis. (after 2 of her favorite saints)

Just wanted to say -I also wanted to apologise as I have no time to post more this morning. Have labs and Drs appointments and wasted too much time walking King George, scooping litter boxes, and feeding my rapscallions, and showering me. Hope you all have a fantastic day!

The kittens and I have a new game. After plenty of snuggles and kisses, we play jet plane. They fly around up high then come in for a gentle landing. I thought it would scare them but after each one was on the floor, they all came running back for more. At this point, my arms are tired. I explained to them that they are all grounded for a while I do stuff.

Sand Fleas – no fun! I was watching the racing on the beach at Laytown in Ireland several years ago and the sand fleas got me – never been so itchy in my life.

@QOAOh, Queenie, you cheered me up with your comment! Annie’s ICE CREAM landed on the lifeguard’s nose. I figured Gweedo will have a smarty reply and take on your comment too. Thanks for the laugh of my day.

@QueenofAmericaTHANKS so much for the update on the ‘old girls’ and Jenny. Those are 3 happy ladies. The new names are perfect! Jenny may just be up for sainthood herself.

Maybe Chesney wants to go to the beach because he’s bought a boat..

Or, they know that the fishing fleet is due in soon..

Knowing Chesney though, he’s probably planning on ‘borrowing’ a boat..

Though if he does, poor Annie will have to do all the work..

Jack didn’t have a good time the last time he went to the beach though..

More Sense; this is SO Moose! In each and every box, too!

Moore Cats than Sense: the one with them trying to raise the sails made me do a belly laugh! It cracked me up.

I don’t care what topic Graham does with the TCs but you guys find the best pictures and videos.

I don’t know any other strip that does this. PBS is one of my faves (I LOVE Rat and the crocs) and Luann gets a lot of postings but neither has what we have here.

If I were Annie, I would take Oliver to the beach and let the others home! :-D
