If you don’t want to go 10-15 mph over the speed limit, and if you move over to let them pass, you will get an official warning for driving friendly.

What gets me is those who are in a hurry to turn into your lane from a side street, no one behind me, but they gotta go first. THEN, once established in the lane in front of me, go 10 mph below posted speed.
